We are Thomas and Andrea, and as passionate travelers, we love exploring new places and enjoying the beauty of nature. However, after our vacations, we are always happy to return home to our diverse South Tyrol. Here, breathtaking landscapes blend with a rich culture and delicious cuisine, which includes both the traditional Kaiserschmarren at the mountain hut and refined menus in the many excellent restaurants. It is a pleasure for us to offer you our Marlingsuites and to provide you with an unforgettable stay. We provide one car parking space per flat.
House Rules for the Marlingsuites
1. Arrival and Departure:
Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM. - On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the suite by 10:00 AM.
2. Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in the suites and indoor areas.
3. Pets:
Pets are not permitted in our suites. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Cleanliness:
Please keep the suites clean and tidy. Upon departure, we ask you to load dishes into the dishwasher and dispose of the trash.
5. Noise Level:
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noise should be avoided during these times.
6. Safety:
Please close the windows and your apartment door when leaving the suite. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.
7. Use of Appliances:
Please handle the appliances and furniture with care. Any damages must be reported immediately.
8. Visitors:
Please inform us about visitors not included in the booking. Overnight stays by external guests are not permitted.
9. Photoshoots:
Photoshoots of any kind are not allowed in our suites.
